Within Sweden, we charge a flat shipping fee of 49 SEK for orders under 1000 SEK. Outside Sweden but within the EU, the shipping cost is 99 SEK (€9) for orders under 1000 SEK. Orders over 1000 SEK qualify for free shipping, both within Sweden and outside but within the EU.
In-stock items are usually shipped within 1–3 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
If you need to return an item, please email us at help@jakenapps.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with a return shipping label. Please ensure the item is returned within 14 days of delivery. Please note that the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
The cost for a return within Sweden is 49 SEK and will be deducted from the order amount once we have received your return. Outside Sweden but within the EU, the return fee is 149 SEK (€14).
Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
