What are the shipping costs?

We have different shipping options and prices depending on where you live.

Within Sweden, we charge a fixed shipping cost of 49 SEK for orders under 600 SEK. Outside Sweden but within the EU, the shipping cost is 149 SEK for orders under 1,000 SEK. Orders over 1,000 SEK receive free shipping, both within Sweden and within the EU.

How do I track my order?

When your order leaves our warehouse, we will send an email with a tracking number.

When will my order be shipped?

We aim to ship all orders within 1–3 business days. This applies to items in stock.

Can I change my order?

An order cannot be changed once it has been processed. Please contact us at help@jakenapps.com as soon as possible and have your order number ready if you wish to make changes.

Do I need to pay customs duties?

Customs duties and import fees do not apply to customers in Sweden or within the EU. We are not responsible for any costs (e.g., customs duties and VAT) that may arise upon delivery to or return from a country outside the EU. Please note that you may need to pay customs duties and import fees when you receive your delivery.

What is your return policy?

You can return unused items within 14 days of delivery. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

How do I make a return?

Contact us at help@jakenapps.com to initiate a return. Provide your order number and the reason for the return. We will send a return label, and you must send the item back within 14 days of delivery. The return fee will be deducted from your refund.

How do I make an exchange?

If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original and place a new order. You will receive a refund for the original item according to our standard return policy.

What does a return cost?

Return shipping is paid by the customer. We cannot refund customs duties or taxes. The cost of a return within Sweden is 49 SEK and will be deducted from the order amount once we receive your return. Outside Sweden but within the EU, the return cost is 149 SEK.
