We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–3 business days. This applies to items in stock. Once your order leaves our warehouse, we will send an email with a tracking number.

Within Sweden, we charge a flat shipping fee of 49 SEK for orders under 600 SEK. Orders over 600 SEK receive free shipping within Sweden.
Outside Sweden but within the EU, the shipping cost is 149 SEK for orders under 1,000 SEK. Orders over 1,000 SEK receive free shipping within the EU.

Contact us at help@jakenapps.com to make a return. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return. We will send you a return label, and you must return the item within 14 days of delivery. The cost for a return within Sweden is 49 SEK and will be deducted from the order amount once we have received your return. Outside Sweden but within the EU, the return fee is 149 SEK.

It may take up to 5–10 business days for the transaction to appear on your bank statement.
