These terms and conditions govern your use of the Jakenapps website and the purchase of products from www.jakenapps.com. By visiting or using the website, you agree to these terms.
Orders
Once you place an order and receive an order confirmation via email, it is binding.
We do our best to ensure everything runs smoothly, but we reserve the right to cancel an order if there are issues with stock availability, pricing errors, or technical problems.
To place an order, you must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or guardian.
Prices & Payment
All prices are stated in SEK and include VAT for customers within the EU.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Within Sweden, we charge a fixed shipping fee of 49 SEK for orders under 600 SEK.
We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as secure third-party payments. Prices may be updated at any time, and we reserve the right to correct any errors.
Shipping & Delivery
We currently ship to most countries within the EU.
Estimated delivery times and shipping options are displayed at checkout. Please note that delays may occur due to customs processing or issues with the shipping carrier – these are unfortunately beyond our control.
If your delivery incurs customs or import duties, these are your responsibility as the customer.
Returns & Exchanges
Changed your mind? No problem. You can return your order within 14 days of receipt.
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
- It must be in the same condition as when it arrived.
To initiate a return, email us at help@jakenapps.com with your order number and reason for the return.
Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item is faulty or damaged. For returns within Sweden, a return fee of 49 SEK will be deducted from the refund. Outside Sweden but within the EU, the return fee is 149 SEK.
We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving and approving the return.
Faulty or damaged products
If you have received the wrong item or something is damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
We will cover return shipping and resolve the issue by sending a replacement item or providing a full refund.

We strive to display our products as accurately as possible, but minor variations may occur due to screen differences or handmade processes.
