What is the shipping cost?
We have different shipping methods and rates depending on your location.
How do I track my order?
We will send you an e-mail with a tracking number relating to your shipment when your order leaves our warehouse.
When will my order be shipped?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-3 working days. This applies to items that are in stock.
Can I change or update my order?
An order cannot be changed once it has been processed. Please contact us at help@jakenapps.com as soon as possible and make sure to have your order number available if you want to make any changes to your order.
Will I have to pay any import charges?
Customs & Imports duty charges do not apply to customers in Sweden or the European Union. We are not responsible and do not pay for the costs (ex. customs and VAT) that may occur when sending you a product or when we receive a return from a country outside of the EU. Please be aware that you might be required to pay Customs & Import duties when you accept delivery of the items from your courier.
What is your return policy?
You can make return unwanted pieces within 14 days of delivery. Shipping fees will not be refunded.
How do I make a return?
Please contact us at help@jakenapps.com to make a return. Provide your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with a return shipping label, you must send the item back to us within 14 days of delivery. The return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund.
How do I make an exchange?
If you would like to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order. You will be refunded for the original item in accordance with our usual return policy.
What is the return cost?
Return shipping cost is carried by the customer. We cannot refund any duties or taxes paid to clear customs. The cost of a return within Sweden is 49SEK and will be deducted from the order amount once we receive your return.
