We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-3 working days. This applies to items that are in stock. We will send you an e-mail with a tracking number relating to your shipment when your order leaves our warehouse.

Within Sweden, we charge a flat shipping cost of 49 SEK for orders under 1000 SEK. Outside Sweden but within EU, the shipping cost is 199 SEK.

Please contact us at help@jakenapps.com to make a return. Provide your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with a return shipping label, you must send the item back to us within 14 days of delivery. The cost of a return within Sweden is 49 SEK and will be deducted from the order amount once we receive your return. Outside Sweden but within EU, the return fee will be 199 SEK.

It can take up to 5-10 business days until the transaction is visible on your bank statement.
