These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Jakenapps website and the purchase of products from www.jakenapps.com. By accessing or using the website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.

Orders

Once you place an order and receive an order confirmation by email, it’s considered binding.

We do our best to make sure everything runs smoothly, but we reserve the right to cancel any order if there’s an issue with stock availability, pricing errors, or technical problems.

To place an order, you must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or guardian.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in SEK and include VAT for customers within the EU.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Within Sweden, we charge a flat shipping fee of 49 SEK for orders under 1000 SEK.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as secure third-party payment services.
Prices may be updated at any time, and we reserve the right to correct any mistakes.

Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship to most countries within the EU.

Estimated delivery times and shipping options will be shown during checkout.
Please note that delays may occur due to customs processing or courier issues, these are unfortunately outside our control.

If your delivery incurs customs or import duties, these are your responsibility as the customer.

Returns & Exchanges

Changed your mind? No problem. You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it.

To qualify for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

• It must be in the same condition as when it arrived.

To start a return, just email us at help@jakenapps.com with your order number and reason for return.

Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item is incorrect or faulty. For returns within Sweden, a 49 SEK return fee applies and will be deducted from your refund. Outside Sweden but within EU, the return fee will be 199 SEK.

We’ll process your refund within 14 days of receiving and approving the return.

Faulty or Incorrect Products

If you received the wrong item or something is damaged, please get in touch within 14 days of delivery.

We’ll cover return shipping costs and make it right by either sending a replacement or issuing a full refund.

We aim to display our products as accurately as possible, but slight variations may occur due to differences in display screens or handmade processes.
